Džamonja Marko

Marko Dzamonja was born in Bitola 6.2.1922. (Republic of Macedonia).
In 1932. he arriwed in Zagreb with his parents.
Nine years later Dzamonja family with six children leaves Zagreb.
After liberation, Marko returned to Zagreb and enrolled at the Faculty of Agriculture.
In Sarajevo, complited a brief three - month course for teachers.
Since 1948. he became a teacher in the district Bijeljina (BiH).
1950. enrolled painting course at VPS in Belgrade. In addition to painting graded and Mathematics in the same school.
1955. he went to Istria and became a teacher at the school in Kastav. In this beautiful Istrian town, Marko returns to his favorite hobby - painting. In that period, he was mostly working in oil.
Marko Dzamonja has died in April 2011.
