Miotte Jean

Jean Miotte was born on the 8th of September 1926 in Paris.
He was taught by modern painters Achille-Emile Othon Friesz and Ossip Zadkine.
He moved to New York in 1961 where he met Mark Rothko i Robert Motherwell.
His works are currently displayed in many museums, including the Museum of Modern Art in Paris, The National Museum in Singapore, The Museum of Contemporary Art in Dunkirk etc.
He died on the 1st of March 2016 in New York.
