Večenaj Stjepan

Stjepan Večenaj was born in Gola on December 24,1928.
He has painted since 1954 and received first instructions from his brother Ivan.
He displayed his painting for the first time independently in Gola in 1957.
Up to now he has had about hundred collective and independent exhibitions in the country and abroad.
Stjepan Večenaj is one of rare painters in whose paintings we shall not find major oscillations since his earliest, scarcely preserved works until today, either with respect to morphological or iconological basis.
Stjepan Večenaj died in Gola in the year 2000.
